                                                              'People for the Planet' Charity on Soil  Erosion The charity, People for the Planet (PFTP), hosted a fundraiser Sunday afternoon from 1:00-3:00 on September 20th at Wallin Park. PFTP is a non-profit based charity that raises money towards saving the earth from soil erosion. The organization's headquarters are in Hastings, Minnesota. The rising flood waters have been slowly breaking down the top layer of soil in Hastings and PFTP is dedicated to raising $2 million dollars to dump new soil over the whole town. Harry Styles to Perform Sold-Out Show at Xcel Energy Center in Minnesota

 *BEFORE READING, this is a college assignment blog that contains fictitious material and is not intended for outside audience* Harry Styles, the English teen heartthrob, has once again captured the hearts of Minnesota by adding a North American leg to his sophomore solo World Tour. Within 5 minutes, tickets were sold out at the 20,000 seat Xcel Energy Center arena. The last time the Fine Line  singer sang on the Xcel Stage was in 2013. Styles has previously visited Minnesota as a member of popular boy-band, One Direction. The band announced a hiatus in early 2015 to focus on some individual projects following bandmate, Zayn Malik, leaving One Direction to pursue other opportunities as a solo artist.
